How does Nutritional Coaching differ from just getting a diet plan?
Nutritional Coaching covers ALL area's of wellbeing not just food (sleep, work/life balance, stress management, hormonal support and emotional aspects are also addressed where needed alongside any behavioural changes such as stopping emotional or binge eating). I work with you 1:1 and will be in touch most days with support, motivation and advice keeping you going at every stage of the journey. A meal plan usually has no coaching element attached meaning there is no accountability and likely a lower adherence and in turn lower success rate.
Do I need to be in Braintree, Essex?
No, anywhere in the UK is fine as we do not have to meet in person.
